Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956, is a British Canadian actress. She is most well-known for her character in the role of Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she was nominated for five Emmy Awards and 4 Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the best supporting actor. Samantha Jones reprised her role in the film Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010). The actress was also the lead actor on the film Police Academy Big Trouble In Little China Mannequin & Porky's. Kim Cattrall is most often associated with her popular HBO sitcom Sex & the City, in which she portrayed Samantha Jones. Cattrall has made a name for herself as an actor. Her portrayal as Samantha Jones was one of her most memorable roles. The sitcom not only amplified her popularity amongst the national viewers, but also helped make an international celebrity, bringing her much fame and recognition. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Most well-known is her performance in the drama comedy La Dolce Vita. This film, which was awarded each of the Golden Palm Award and an Oscar at the year 1960 at the Cannes Film Festival and also enjoyed a tremendous critical and commercial achievement, also won the Oscar. Before beginning her acting profession as a model, she worked as the Swedish fashion model. The final result was winning her first prize in the Miss Sweden Contest. When she moved in the US she began performing in a variety of films and playing minor roles. She had her first role on screen in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars as the role of a Venusian. Her first credited role was in Abbott and Co. Go to Mars where she was a guard from Venus.
